Achyle Villa – A Serene Escape in Nature

Nestled in the village of İslamlar, a peaceful part of Kaş, Antalya, Achyle Villa offers a tranquil retreat surrounded by lush greenery, far from the noise of the city. With its private pool, jacuzzi, and heated indoor pool, it is an ideal holiday home for honeymoon couples and conservative families alike. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms.

Bedrooms and Living Spaces

• Bedroom 1: Air conditioning, double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, vanity table, TV, jacuzzi, access to the indoor pool, and a private bathroom with WC.
• Bedroom 2: Air conditioning, two single beds, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand, and a private bathroom with WC.
• Living Room and Kitchen: Comfortable seating area, TV, access to the pool terrace; the American kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, oven, range hood, toaster, kettle, cookware set, dinnerware, cutlery set, water and tea glasses, a high dining table, and 4 bar stools.

Outdoor Area and Amenities

The private garden features a 10x6 meter swimming pool with a depth of 1.6 meters, 4 sun loungers, a sun umbrella, a hanging swing, a dining table with chairs for 4, and a stone barbecue. Throughout the villa, you will find air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, high chair, towel and bedding sets, and kitchen essentials. Initial cleaning, pool and garden maintenance, electricity, water, and gas (tüp) usage are all included in the price.

General Terms

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in at 4:00 PM, check-out at 10:00 AM.
• Deposit: 7,500.00 TL (refundable upon check-out).
• Short Stays: For reservations shorter than 5 nights, an additional fee of 6,000.00 TL per day applies.
• Pool Heating: Optional, at 1,500 TL per day (only for the indoor pool; max 28°C, 26°C between December and March).
• Children: Child-friendly.
• Pets: Not allowed.
• Additional Services: Transportation, in-villa staff, and extra cleaning are available for an additional charge.
