The villa is equipped with every detail you might need for a comfortable holiday. Inside, you will find essential appliances including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV with satellite system, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and a vacuum cleaner. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary cooking utensils. Family-friendly equipment such as a baby crib and high chair are also provided free of charge.

The villa's outdoor area is designed to make your holiday memorable. Cool off in the private pool, measuring 10 meters long, 4 meters wide, and 1.5 meters deep, or relax in the separate jacuzzi section. A dedicated children's pool is also available. • Deposit: A deposit of 5,000 TL is required (refunded upon check-out).
• Short Stays: Minimum stay is 5 nights; a surcharge of 3,500 TL applies for shorter stays.
• Included Services: Initial cleaning, electricity, water, and gas (tüp) usage are free of charge.
• Excluded Services: Additional cleaning, extra beds, staff services, high chair usage, and transportation services are subject to a fee.
• Child Policy: Children's pool and baby equipment are available; extra beds are charged.
