Designed for two guests, the villa is perfect for a romantic getaway or a serene holiday. It comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a comfortable living area, thoughtfully equipped with all modern conveniences. Amenities include air conditioning, a TV, and Wi-Fi, while the kitchen comes fully fitted with a dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, and all necessary cookware. Additional touches such as a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner are also provided.

The villa's standout feature is its private 24 m² pool. Measuring 7 meters long, 3.5 meters wide, and 1.45 meters deep, the pool is surrounded by a spacious garden. - Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
- Deposit: A cash deposit of 5,000 TL is required.
- Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
- Included Services: Initial cleaning, electricity, water, gas, and pool and garden maintenance are included in the price.
- Excluded Services: Additional cleaning, extra beds, staff services, and transportation are available at an additional cost.
- Children & Pets: There is no children's pool; please inquire about pet policy.
