• Kitchen: Refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, dining set for 4, pots and pans, cutlery set.

Pool & Garden

• Private Pool: 8 m x 4 m, with a depth of 1.50 m.
• Children’s Pool: Separate section, safe for little guests.
• Garden: Sun loungers, parasol, swing, table tennis, barbecue, dining table and chairs.

General Terms

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Deposit: A security deposit of 5,000.00 TL is required.
• Minimum Stay: Reservations can be made for at least 5 nights.
• Short Stays: For bookings shorter than 5 nights, an additional fee of 3,500.00 TL applies.
• Included Services: Initial cleaning, pool and garden maintenance, electricity, water and gas (tube) usage are included in the price.
• Excluded Services: Transportation service, extra bed, additional cleaning, high chair and house staff are available upon request for an additional fee.
