The villa consists of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, accommodating a maximum of 2 guests. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, bathtub, air conditioning, wardrobe, and vanity table. The American kitchen includes all essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, and washing machine. The living room is furnished with a modern seating area, TV, and Wi-Fi.

Private Pool and Garden

The villa's private swimming pool measures 10 m x 4 m with a depth of 1.5 m. The garden features a sun terrace, sun loungers, a dining table, a seating area, and a stone barbecue. Pool and garden maintenance are performed daily.

Services and Inclusions

• Included: Electricity, water, LPG usage, initial cleaning, pool and garden maintenance.
• Excluded: Additional cleaning, extra bed, staff services, high chair, and transportation.

General Terms

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, check-out time is 12:00 PM.
• Minimum Stay: At least 5 nights.
• Damage Deposit: A deposit of 7,500 TRY is required upon check-in; it is refunded if no damage is found at check-out.
• Short Stay Fee: An additional fee of 4,000 TRY applies for stays shorter than 5 nights.
• Note: This villa can be rented together with the adjacent Villa Akbulut 2.
