The private swimming pool (10 m x 4 m, depth 1.50 m) is set in a well-kept garden with a sun terrace, sun loungers, an outdoor dining table for 4, a seating area, a swing, and a stone barbecue. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out once daily.

General Terms

• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon).
• Minimum Stay: A minimum rental period of 5 nights is required.
• Security Deposit: A deposit of 7,500 TL is collected upon check-in and refunded at check-out, provided there is no damage or loss.
• Included Services: The price covers the initial cleaning, electricity, water, and gas (tüp) usage.
• Excluded Services: Additional cleaning, extra linens/towels, transportation services, staff services, and extra bed charges are not included.
• Nature Notice: Despite regular pest control, butterflies, insects, and flies may be present in the surrounding area.
• Pool Privacy: While the pool is sheltered, 100% privacy cannot be guaranteed; a small margin of approximately 5% should be considered.
• Infrastructure: Due to high demand in the region, electricity or water outages, voltage fluctuations, or nearby construction work may occasionally occur.
