Amenities & Services

Akça Villa offers a range of amenities to make your stay enjoyable:

• Private Pool: 7.5m x 3.5m in size, 1.5m deep. Pool and garden maintenance are performed daily.
• Jacuzzi: A private jacuzzi is located in the master bedroom.
• Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, and all kitchen utensils.
• Other: Wi-Fi, satellite TV, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, barbecue, baby crib, and high chair (available upon request).
• Included Services: Initial cleaning, electricity, water, and gas (tüp) usage are free of charge. Cleaning is provided once a week.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in is not available.
• Security Deposit: A deposit of 5,000 TL is required; it is refunded at check-out if no damage is found.
• Minimum Stay: Minimum stay is 5 nights. For shorter stays, an additional cleaning fee of 4,000 TL applies.
• Privacy: Although the villa is secluded, a 100% guarantee of not being seen from outside cannot be given; there is a 5% tolerance.
• Environment: The natural area is regularly sprayed, but there is still a possibility of insects and similar creatures.
