With its modern architecture and spacious living areas, the villa offers easy access to all the amenities Kalkan has to offer, thanks to its central location. Accommodation and Room Layout

The villa features 4 en-suite bedrooms and can comfortably host up to 8 guests. Each room boasts sea views and is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, and wardrobes. In addition to the three rooms on the first floor, the luxurious suite on the second floor offers extra comforts such as a jacuzzi, sauna, and Turkish bath. This special room also opens onto a spacious balcony with a seating area.

Features and Amenities

• Private Pool: A 9x4 meter pool with a depth of 1.5 meters, located in the villa's garden.
• Modern Kitchen: Designed as an open-plan American kitchen, fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and all necessary kitchenware.
• Living Areas: The spacious sea-view living room includes an LCD satellite TV, air conditioning, and a dining table for 8. The living room opens directly onto the poolside.
• Garden and Terrace: Includes a sun terrace, a gazebo, an outdoor dining set for 8, 4 sun loungers, a barbecue, a swing, and an outdoor shower.
• Additional Services: Wi-Fi, a baby crib, and a high chair are provided free of charge. A hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are also available in the rooms.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Deposit: A cash deposit of 10,000 TL is required upon arrival and will be refunded at check-out, provided no damage or missing items are found.
• Short Stays: An additional fee of 7,500 TL applies to reservations shorter than 5 nights.
• Included Services: Electricity, water, and gas (tüp) usage; initial cleaning; pool and garden maintenance are all included in the price.
• Excluded Services: Extra cleaning, extra beds, additional staff, high chairs, and transportation services are available upon request for an additional fee.
• Important Note: As the villa is located in a natural setting, you may encounter butterflies, insects, flies, and bees in the vicinity, despite regular pest control. Additionally, the villas Villa Turkuaz, Villa Kuvars, and Villa Topaz, which have the same features, are also located in the area; all equipment and features are identical except for the furniture colors.
