- Amenities: Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV + satellite, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, kitchen utensils, barbecue.
- Pool: Private pool measuring 5x3 meters with a depth of 1 meter. (Heating optional at an additional fee of 500 TL per day.)

- Check-in & Check-out: Check-in at 4:00 PM, check-out at 10:00 AM.
- Prepayment & Deposit: A deposit of 4,000 TL is required. For short stays (less than 5 nights), an additional fee of 3,000 TL applies.
- Included Services: Initial cleaning, electricity, water, gas (tüp) usage, and pool & garden maintenance are included in the price.
- Excluded Services: Extra bed, additional cleaning, transportation, and housekeeping staff are not included.
- Children & Pets: High chair available; please inquire about pet policy details.
- Important Note: Pool heating is optional and available for an additional fee of 500 TL per day. Tourism license number: 07-4801.
