Villa Layout

This two-storey villa has sea-view ensuite bedrooms on every floor:

• Bedroom 1 (1st Floor): Sea-view family suite with 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, and air conditioning. The bathroom is ensuite.
• Bedroom 2 (1st Floor): Sea-view twin suite with 2 single beds (can be joined), wardrobe, vanity, nightstand, and air conditioning. The bathroom is ensuite.
• Bedroom 3 (Terrace Floor): Sea-view twin suite with 2 single beds, wardrobe, vanity, nightstand, and air conditioning. The bathroom is ensuite.

Living Room (Ground Floor): The sea-view living area includes a seating group, 3D internet-connected TV, satellite receiver, modem, air conditioning, a dining table for 6, and a guest WC. Direct access to the pool is available from this floor.

Kitchen (Ground Floor): Designed as a modern American kitchen, it comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, dining set for 8, pans, pots, cutlery, and all essential kitchenware.

Outdoor & Pool Area

The private swimming pool (7m x 4m, depth 1.70m) is accompanied by a children's pool. The garden features a table and chairs for 6, a sun umbrella, 6 sun loungers, and a barbecue. Guests can also enjoy the heated pool and jacuzzi. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.

General Terms

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
• Deposit: A security deposit of 10,000 TL is required.
• Short Stays: For bookings under 5 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 5,000 TL applies. Minimum stay is 5 nights.
• Privacy: While the pool area is sheltered, 100% visual privacy cannot be guaranteed; there is a 5% margin of exposure.
• Environment: Due to the natural surroundings, encounters with butterflies, insects, or flies are possible. Regular pest control is carried out.
