Villa Details and Rooms

• Living Room: A spacious area with a modern seating group, TV, central air conditioning, and direct access to the pool terrace.
• Kitchen: American-style kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, filter coffee machine, microwave, and all kitchen utensils.
• Bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms on the first floor (one with a jacuzzi) and 1 twin bedroom; 1 double bedroom on the ground floor; 1 double bedroom in the basement. All rooms feature air conditioning, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom.

Amenities and Outdoor Area

The private pool is 10 meters long, 5.5 meters wide, and 1.50 meters deep. The pool terrace includes umbrellas, sun loungers, a barbecue area, a swing, and a dining table. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, a baby crib, and a high chair are also provided for family comfort. Enjoy barbecue evenings or a game of table tennis to add extra fun to your holiday.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in is not available.
• Security Deposit: A deposit of 500.00 TL is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out if no damage is found.
• Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 7 nights is required. Requests for shorter stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee of 250.00 TL.
• Cleaning: The initial cleaning is free of charge. Basic cleaning is provided once a week; extra cleaning and linen changes are available at an additional cost.
• Children & Pets: Suitable for children. Pets are not allowed.
• Extra Services: Extra beds, high chairs, staff services, and transportation are available for a fee.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: Daily maintenance is performed; however, due to the natural environment, insects or similar may be present.
