Interior and Amenities

• Living Room: Modern seating area, TV, wireless internet, central air conditioning, and direct access to the pool terrace.
• Kitchen: Open-plan American kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, and all kitchen utensils.
• Bedrooms: On the first floor: one room with a double bed and jacuzzi, one room with a double bed, and one room with two single beds. On the ground floor: one room with a double bed. On the basement floor: one room with a double bed. All rooms feature air conditioning, a wardrobe, and a private bathroom.
• Private Pool: 10 meters long, 5.5 meters wide, and 1.50 meters deep.
• Pool Terrace: Includes sun loungers, an umbrella, a barbecue, a swing, and seating & dining areas.

General Terms & Important Information

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The villa may not be ready outside these hours.
• Damage Deposit: A deposit of 500.00 TL is required upon check-in. It is refunded if no damage is found at check-out.
• Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 7 nights is required. For shorter stays, an additional cleaning fee (250.00 TL) applies.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: The initial cleaning is free. Cleaning is done once a week. Additional cleaning and linen changes are subject to a fee.
• Pool & Garden Care: Performed daily. Due to the natural environment, insects and similar creatures may be present.
• Children & Pets: Suitable for children (high chair and baby crib available). Pets are not allowed.
• Events: Events are permitted at the villa.
• Privacy: A 100% privacy guarantee is not provided; there is a 5% visibility factor.
