General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in is not available.
• Deposit: A damage deposit of 500.00 TL is required; it is refunded at check-out if no damage is found.
• Minimum Stay: An extra cleaning fee (250.00 TL) may apply for short stays.
• Children & Pets: Child-friendly; pets are not allowed.
• Events: In-villa events are allowed.
• Cleaning: Free cleaning is provided once a week; additional cleaning is subject to a fee.
• Pool Safety: The pool is secured, but 100% invisibility is not guaranteed; a 5% margin of caution applies.
