The villa features a private heated indoor pool and a relaxing jacuzzi in the master bedroom for a truly comfortable stay.

Interior & Amenities

The ground floor boasts an open-plan layout with a fully equipped American kitchen and a spacious living area. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove, kettle, dinnerware, and all essential cookware. The living room is furnished with a modern seating group, coffee table, TV, and air conditioning, with direct access to the pool terrace.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

• Bedroom 1 (Master): Equipped with a double bed, nightstands, vanity table, private jacuzzi, and an en-suite bathroom with toilet.
• Bedroom 2: Features two single beds, nightstands, vanity table, and an en-suite bathroom with toilet.

Pool & Garden

• Outdoor Pool: Measures 9m x 4m with a depth of 1.55m.
• Heated Indoor Pool: Measures 3.6m x 3.8m with a depth of 1.30m. (Heating fee: 1,000 TL/day)
• Children's Pool: Also available on the property.
• Pool and garden maintenance are performed daily.

Important Note: The villa is accessed via a steep ramp in the final 200 meters. Due to its natural setting, despite regular pest control, encounters with local wildlife such as butterflies, insects, or flies are possible. While our villas are secluded, a 100% guarantee of privacy cannot be provided; a 5% margin should be considered.

• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon).
• Tourism License: 07-3575
• Included Services: Initial cleaning, electricity, water, LPG gas, and pool & garden maintenance.
• Excluded Services: Additional cleaning, extra bedding, and transportation services.
• Children & Infants: A high chair and baby crib are available upon request.
