• Living Room: Equipped with air conditioning, TV, satellite receiver, Wi-Fi, and a door opening onto the pool terrace.
• Kitchen: An open-plan kitchen featuring a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, coffee maker, tea set, toaster, and a dining set for 4 people.
• Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, air conditioning, TV, jacuzzi, bathroom, and toilet.
• Bedroom 2: Features two single beds, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Pool and Garden

The villa's private swimming pool measures 8m x 3.5m with a depth of 155 cm. The heated indoor pool (3.5m x 3m, 140 cm deep) can be activated for an additional fee of 500 TL per day. The garden is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, a dining table, a swing, and a barbecue. Pool and garden maintenance are carried out daily.

Important Information

• A steep ramp is present on the final 200 meters leading to the villa.
• Due to hygiene conditions, the indoor pool heating is set to a maximum of 28 °C.
• The pool is sheltered, but a 100% privacy guarantee is not provided.

• Included in the rental fee: Initial cleaning, pool and garden maintenance, electricity, water, and gas (tüp) usage.
• Not included in the rental fee: Transportation service, extra bed, additional cleaning, and staff services.
