This 2-bedroom villa accommodates up to 4 guests and stands out with its stylish, comfortable decor, lush green views, and private Jacuzzi, offering an enjoyable stay in both summer and winter.

Villa Features & Comfort

• Rooms & Bed Layout: The first bedroom features a double bed, a Jacuzzi, and an en-suite bathroom; the second bedroom offers two single beds and an en-suite bathroom.
• Living Area: An open-plan kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, kettle, kitchenware) and a spacious living room (seating area, TV, air conditioning) provide all the comforts of home.
• Pool & Spa: Enjoy an outdoor pool (8.5 x 3.5 m, 1.50 m deep), a heated indoor pool (4 x 3.5 m, 1.40 m deep), and a children's pool. A private Jacuzzi and BBQ area add extra delight to your stay.
• Natural Setting: The villa is fully immersed in nature, with regular pool and garden maintenance. As part of the natural environment, you may encounter local wildlife such as butterflies and insects.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM; check-out time is 12:00 PM.
• Included Services: Electricity, water, gas usage, initial cleaning, and pool and garden maintenance are included in the price.
• Excluded Services: Extra bed, high chair, baby crib, transportation, and house staff can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
• Important Note: A steep ramp leads to the villa for the last 200 meters. Additionally, although the pool is sheltered, 100% invisibility cannot be guaranteed.
• Children & Pets: A children's pool is available; please inquire in advance about pet acceptance.
