Offering a secure and tranquil stay with its secluded layout and private pool, the villa caters to everyone from honeymooners to nature lovers with its 2-person capacity. This sea-view villa stands out with amenities that rival the comfort of your own home.

- Amenities: Air conditioning, TV + satellite, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, hair dryer, high chair, and barbecue.
- Included Services: Initial cleaning, pool and garden maintenance, electricity, water, and gas (tüp) usage are free of charge.
- Excluded Services: Additional cleaning, extra beds, staff for the house, and transportation services are available upon request for a fee.
General Terms
- Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, check-out time is 10:00 AM.
- Deposit: A cash deposit of 7,000 TL is required.
- Minimum Stay: Reservations must be for at least 5 nights.
- Children & Pets: Children are welcome. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed; an additional fee of 3,000 TL applies.
- Special Periods: Breakfast is included between May 1 and October 15, 2026. Breakfast delivery to the villa costs 1,000 TL per day. A floating fruit tray in the pool is optional and costs 3,000 TL.
- Security: The site entrance is monitored by 24-hour security cameras; our office is located within the site.
