• Private Heated Pool: The 9x4 meter pool can be enjoyed even in winter (daily heating fee: 2,000 TL). A children's pool is also available.

• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, and all kitchen essentials make you feel at home.
• Other Amenities: Air conditioning, satellite TV, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, barbecue, high chair, and towel/bedding sets.

General Terms

• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Deposit: A cash deposit of 10,000 TL is required; it is refunded provided no damage occurs in the villa.
• Short Stays: Stays shorter than 5 nights incur an additional cleaning fee of 4,000 TL. Intermediate cleaning costs 3,000 TL.
• Extra Bed: For approved stays exceeding the standard capacity, an extra bed is available for 3,000 TL.
• Pets: Pets are allowed for an additional fee of 3,000 TL.
• House Rules: Guests beyond the villa's maximum capacity are not permitted; the complex is monitored by 24/7 security cameras.
