Arel Villa 1 is a private retreat designed for large families and conservative groups seeking a peaceful holiday surrounded by nature in Fethiye's serene Karagedik area. Located just a 4-5 minute drive from Calis Beach, this villa offers both proximity to the sea and the privacy you desire. With 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.
Interior & Amenities
The spacious living room features air conditioning, an LCD satellite TV, wireless internet (Wi-Fi), and a large dining table. The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, 4-burner stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all necessary kitchenware. Practical household appliances such as an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and vacuum cleaner are also provided for guest use.

Around the pool, guests will find sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor dining table and chairs, a swing, a children's play area, a hammock, and a barbecue. Garden and pool maintenance are carried out regularly. Due to the villa's natural surroundings, encounters with butterflies and insects are normal.
