With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The villa features its own private swimming pool (7.40m x 3.40m, depth 1.50m), a children's play area, and a garden Jacuzzi, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. Its prime location, just 50 meters from public transport and 3 km from Calis Beach, makes exploring the area effortless.

Amenities & Comfort

The villa is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable holiday, including air conditioning, TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, and a vacuum cleaner. The open-plan American kitchen is fully fitted with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, four-burner hob, extractor hood, electric kettle, toaster, Turkish coffee machine, and a dining set for four. Fresh towels, bed linens, and kitchen essentials are provided. For families with babies, a high chair and baby cot are available upon request.

Services & General Terms

• Included Services: Initial cleaning, electricity, water, and gas are included in the price. Pool and garden maintenance are carried out daily by our staff.
• Excluded Services: Airport transfers, extra beds, additional cleaning, and staff services are subject to a fee. The baby high chair is available for an additional charge.
• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Security Deposit: A refundable deposit of 5,000.00 TL is required.
• Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 7 nights is required; short-stay rates are available at 3,500.00 TL per night.
• Important Note: Due to the villa's natural setting, you may encounter butterflies, insects, and other local wildlife. While the pool area is sheltered, 100% privacy cannot be guaranteed.
