Situated within a short walking distance to Kalkan's center, the villa also stands out for its proximity to the sea.

The spacious and airy living room features a sea-view seating area, plasma TV, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, air conditioning, and a dining table. The American kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave, 4-burner stove, toaster, electric kettle, and all necessary kitchenware. Each of the 5 en-suite bedrooms includes a double bed (Room 5 has 2 single beds), wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, vanity table, private bathroom, and balcony.
