The villa features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, providing a spacious and modern living environment. From the large living room, you can enjoy sea views and step directly out to the pool area. The open-plan American kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchenware, a dishwasher, refrigerator, and washing machine. Modern amenities such as air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, an iron, and a hairdryer are also provided for your convenience.

Outdoor Area and Private Pool

The standout feature of this villa is its private swimming pool, measuring 8 meters in length, 4 meters in width, and 1.55 meters in depth. Daily pool and garden maintenance is carried out by our staff. The garden is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a barbecue, a swing, and comfortable seating areas. Family-friendly equipment, including a baby crib and a high chair, is also available.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in requests may not be accommodated.
• Deposit: A deposit of 10,000 TL is required upon check-in. This will be refunded at check-out, provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss.
• Cleaning: The initial cleaning service is free of charge. Additional cleaning and linen changes are available at an extra cost.
• Additional Services: Extra beds, additional housekeeping staff, and transportation services are available for a fee.
• Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 5 nights is required.
