For larger gatherings, you can rent the adjacent sister villa, Aura Villa B, increasing the total capacity to 12 guests—perfect for extended families or groups of friends.

Aura Villa A stands out with its thoughtfully equipped amenities. The open-plan American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and oven, along with all necessary kitchenware. The bright living room features a comfortable lounge set, TV, and air conditioning, with direct access to the pool terrace. All three bedrooms are en-suite, each with its own balcony and wardrobe, ensuring a restful sleep experience. Additional conveniences include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, ironing board, hair dryer, and a baby crib.

Outdoor Living and Panoramic Views

The expansive garden and pool terrace are furnished with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a swing. Cool off in your private pool (8m x 4m, 1.5m deep) while taking in the breathtaking sea views of Kalkan. A barbecue area is available for outdoor dining. On-site parking is provided for guests arriving by car.

General Terms & Important Information

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon).
• Security Deposit: A cash deposit of $100 USD is required upon arrival.
• Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 5 nights is required. Stays shorter than 5 nights are subject to an additional fee of $200 USD.
• Included Services: Water, electricity, gas (tüp), initial cleaning, and pool & garden maintenance are included in the rental price.
• Excluded Services: Transportation, extra cleaning, additional beds, staff services, and high chairs are available for an additional charge.
• Getting There: The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport (DLM). There is no public transport; a private vehicle or paid transfer is recommended.
• Location Note: The area features steep slopes; access to the villa includes uphill and unpaved roads. Due to the natural surroundings, you may encounter insects or bugs.
• Pest Control: Despite regular pest control treatments, natural elements may still be present in the environment.
• Important Notice: This villa is designated as conservative; however, 100% privacy is not guaranteed.
