Ideal for families and groups of friends, the villa features 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests. You can also rent it together with its sister villa, Aura Villa A, to increase the capacity to 12 people. Within walking distance of the local market and grocery store, the villa promises delightful moments with its spacious garden and private pool.

Villa Features and Amenities

• Private Pool: 8x4 m pool with a depth of 1.5 m, cleaned daily.
• View: Sea and nature views; sun terrace with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a swing.
• Bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms, each with air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstands, and a private bathroom; 2 rooms have balconies.
• Living Area: Open-plan kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, kitchenware), comfortable seating area, TV, air conditioning; direct access to the pool terrace.
• Equipment: Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, baby crib, and high chair (available on request).
• Parking: Private parking space available for vehicles.

General Terms

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in at 4:00 PM, check-out at 12:00 PM.
• Security Deposit: A cash deposit of 100 TL is required.
• Minimum Stay: Minimum stay is 5 nights; a surcharge of 200 TL applies for shorter stays.
• Children and Infants: Baby crib and high chair are provided free of charge; there is no children's pool.
• Pets: Not allowed.
• Additional Services: Initial cleaning, electricity, water, gas, and pool/garden maintenance are included in the price. Extra cleaning, extra beds, and staff services are available upon request for an additional fee.
• Transportation: No public transport available; Dalaman Airport is the nearest airport (transfer or car rental recommended). Due to the location, steep and unpaved roads may be encountered.
• Natural Notice: As this is a rural area, you may encounter natural elements such as flies and insects; regular pest control is carried out.
