Ideal for families and small groups with three bedrooms and a sleeping capacity of six, this holiday villa can also be rented together with its sister villa, Aura Villa C, accommodating larger groups of up to 12 guests. Its location within walking distance of local markets ensures easy access to your daily needs while providing a comfortable base from which to explore all the beauties of the region.

Spacious Garden, Private Pool, and Luxurious Comfort

Villa Aura D offers guests a generous living space. The expansive garden and terrace, complete with a private pool, are designed for you to fully enjoy your holiday. The pool measures 8 meters in length and 4 meters in width, with a depth of 1.5 meters, making it perfect for cooling off and sunbathing. The pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, a sun umbrella, a swing, and a seating area. A barbecue area is also available for delightful outdoor grilling. On-site parking is provided for your convenience.

Modern and Fully Equipped Interiors

The villa boasts a modernly decorated American kitchen. Equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, and all necessary kitchenware, this space allows you to prepare your own meals with ease. The spacious and comfortable living room features a luxurious seating group, TV, and air conditioning, and opens directly onto the pool terrace. Each of the three bedrooms includes a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, air conditioning, and its own private bathroom and toilet. Family-friendly amenities such as a baby crib and high chair are also available at the villa.

General Terms and Important Information

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Security Deposit: A deposit of 5,000 TL (or equivalent in USD, GBP, EUR at the current exchange rate) is required. The deposit is allocated before check-in and is refunded upon check-out provided there is no damage or loss.
• Cleaning Fee: For stays shorter than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 200 GBP applies.
• Included Services: Initial cleaning, electricity, water, gas (tüp) usage, and pool and garden maintenance are included in the price.
• Excluded Services: Extras such as additional cleaning, extra beds, staff services, high chairs, and transportation are subject to a fee.
• Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 5 nights is required. An additional fee (200.00) may apply for shorter stays.
