Its convenient access and location within walking distance of local markets make your holiday easier. For larger groups, you can rent it together with its sister villa, Aura Villa F, to increase your capacity to 12 guests.

Villa Features and Comfort

The villa features a modern, luxurious design and comprises an open-plan kitchen, a spacious living area, and three separate bedrooms. Each bedroom includes a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating group, TV, coffee table, and air conditioning, and opens directly onto the pool terrace. The modern American kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and all necessary kitchenware, including dinner sets.

Private Pool and Garden

The villa's private pool measures 8 metres by 4 metres and is 1.5 metres deep. The pool terrace features a seating area, sun loungers, a sun umbrella, and a swing. The spacious garden offers a perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying Kalkan's unique nature. Private parking is also available for guests.

• Included Services: Initial cleaning, electricity, water, gas (tüp) usage, and pool and garden maintenance.
• Amenities: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV with satellite channels, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, baby cot, high chair, and barbecue.
• Excluded Services: Additional cleaning, extra bedding, on-site staff, extra high chair, and transportation services.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out Times: Check-in is at 16:00, check-out is at 10:00.
• Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee of GBP 200 applies for stays shorter than 7 nights.
• Deposit: A deposit of 5,000 TL (or equivalent in USD, GBP, EUR) is collected before check-in and refunded upon check-out if there is no damage.
• Minimum Stay: Minimum stay is 5 nights.
• Short Stay Surcharge: An additional fee of GBP 200 applies for short stays.
• Children & Pets: Baby equipment is available; please consult for information regarding pet policy.
