For larger gatherings, it can be rented together with its sister property, Aura Villa E, creating a spacious holiday area for up to 12 guests. Located in the Kalamar area of Kalkan, the villa is within walking distance of local markets, ensuring convenient access to daily necessities.

One of the villa's standout features is its private pool, measuring 8 meters in length, 4 meters in width, and 1.5 meters in depth. The pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, a seating area, a sun umbrella, and a swing, offering the perfect setting to watch Kalkan's enchanting sunset. The spacious garden is ideal for guests who enjoy barbecue gatherings and spending time outdoors. Private parking is also available on the villa's premises.

Modern & Comfortable Interior Design

The villa is equipped with a modern, open-plan American kitchen. The kitchen comes fully prepared with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and all necessary kitchenware. The expansive living room offers a comfortable living space with a plush seating group, TV, coffee table, and air conditioning; direct access to the pool terrace is provided from this room. Each of the three bedrooms includes a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, nightstands, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with toilet. Throughout the villa, guests have access to amenities including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, baby crib, and high chair.

• Short stay fee: A cleaning fee of £200 applies for stays shorter than 7 nights.
• Deposit: 5,000 TL (collected before check-in, refunded upon check-out if there is no damage). The deposit can be paid in USD, GBP, or EUR at the current exchange rate.
