Villa Features and Comfort

Modernly and luxuriously furnished, Aura Villa G is equipped with an elevator for barrier-free access. The spacious living room opens directly onto the pool terrace, while the American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and all kitchen utensils. Throughout the villa, amenities include air conditioning, TV-Satellite, Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, and hair dryer. Additional features such as a Jacuzzi, sauna-hamman, table tennis, and barbecue add to the enjoyment of your stay.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Each of the 5 bedrooms in the villa has its own private bathroom and toilet. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, wardrobes, and nightstands. Three rooms have double beds, while two rooms have two single beds each. Family-friendly equipment such as a baby crib and high chair is also available.

General Terms

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon).
• Deposit: A deposit equivalent to 500.00 EUR/USD/GBP is collected at check-in and refunded at check-out if there is no damage.
• Short Stays: A minimum stay of 5 nights is required; an additional fee of 250.00 EUR applies for shorter stays.
• Included Services: Water, electricity, gas usage, initial cleaning, and pool and garden maintenance are included in the price.
• Excluded Services: Transportation, extra cleaning, extra beds, high chairs, and staff services are subject to additional charges.
• Children and Infants: Baby crib and high chair are available (may incur extra charges).
• Transportation: The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. There is no public transport; a private vehicle or transfer is recommended.
