Three of the bedrooms feature their own private hot tub and bathroom, while one room also includes a sauna. All rooms are equipped with a TV, wardrobe, and vanity table. Enjoy the outdoor pool (9m x 4m, depth 1.6m) and a separate children's pool, along with a sun terrace, garden furniture, and a swing. A heated pool option (available for an additional daily fee) and the hot tub enhance your comfort.

General Terms

• Check-in – Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in is not available.
• Damage Deposit: A deposit of 8,000 TL is required; refunded at check-out if no damage occurs.
• Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 5 nights is required. Additional cleaning fees may apply for shorter bookings.
• Pool Heating: Heated pool is available for an additional fee of 2,000 TL per day.
• Natural Setting: As the villa is set in nature, insects, butterflies, and similar wildlife may be present. Regular pest control is carried out.
• Access Road: The last 5 km to the villa is an unpaved dirt road.
• Privacy Note: The pool area does not guarantee 100% seclusion; a 5% visibility margin applies.
