Built in 2019, this villa makes you feel right at home with its carefully considered details in both interior and exterior design. It offers a comfortable stay with its private pool, jacuzzi, and heated indoor pool.

• Bedroom: 1 double bed, heated indoor pool, TV, air conditioning, jacuzzi, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, and private bathroom.
• Kitchen: Spacious American kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, 4-burner cooktop, dining table for 2, and all kitchen utensils.
• Living Room: Airy seating area with air conditioning, TV, satellite, internet, sofa, and coffee table. Direct access to the pool terrace.
• Jacuzzi: The jacuzzi in the bedroom adds a luxurious touch to your stay.

Outdoor Area and Pool

The villa's private swimming pool is sheltered from outside view, ensuring privacy. The pool measures 13x4 meters with a depth of 1.55 meters, and there is also a children's pool. In the garden, you will find 2 sun loungers, a table for 4, a seating group, a barbecue, and a sun umbrella. The heated indoor pool is available between January 1 – May 31 and October 1 – December 31, and is kept at 28°C for hygiene reasons.

• Note: There is a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, etc. in the natural environment. The pool is sheltered, but 100% invisibility is not guaranteed; a 5% margin of deviation applies.
