Living Spaces

The villa comprises two separate bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a double bed, a jacuzzi, a wardrobe, a vanity table, and air conditioning, while the second bedroom offers two single beds, a wardrobe, a vanity table, and air conditioning. Both rooms come with their own private bathroom and WC. The living area features an open-plan American kitchen, satellite TV, a DVD player, and a comfortable seating group. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in oven and stove, microwave, kettle, and a 4-piece dining set.

Outdoor Area & Amenities

The villa's private swimming pool (10m x 3.5m, depth 1.60m) and spacious garden are designed for enjoying quality time with a view of the natural landscape. The garden also includes a barbecue, table tennis, foosball, a children's playground, and a swing. Additional amenities to enhance your comfort include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, a vacuum cleaner, a baby crib, and a high chair.

Included: Initial cleaning, electricity, water, gas (tüp) usage, and pool and garden maintenance.

Excluded: Transportation services, extra beds, additional cleaning, staff services, and the high chair (available upon request for a fee).

General Terms

• Check-in: 4:00 PM / Check-out: 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not permitted.
• Deposit: A cash deposit of 3,000 TL is required upon check-in and will be refunded at check-out provided there is no damage, loss, or breakage.
• Minimum stay: 7 nights.
• Short stay fee: 2,500 TL (applies to reservations shorter than 7 nights).
• Children & Pets: A baby crib and high chair are available. Please inquire before booking regarding our pet policy.
• Natural Setting Notice: As the villa is set in nature, you may encounter natural elements such as butterflies, insects, and flies despite regular pest control. The pool is sheltered, but full invisibility cannot be guaranteed.
