The spacious veranda offers an excellent setting for open-air breakfasts, dining with a view, or simply relaxing. A barbecue area is also available for grilling enthusiasts.
Villa Amenities and Included Services
BB Villa 1 provides all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Modern equipment such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, hairdryer, and iron with ironing board are readily available. A baby crib, towels, and bed linens are provided free of charge. During your stay, electricity, water, and LPG usage, initial cleaning, and pool and garden maintenance are all included in the price.

- Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
- Deposit: A deposit of 5,000 TL is required upon arrival.
- Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 4 nights is required. A 5,000 TL surcharge applies for shorter stays.
- Excluded Services: Additional cleaning, extra beds, high chairs, staff for in-villa services, and transportation are not included.
- Tourism License: The property holds tourism operation certificate number 48-1197.
