• Comfort: Towels and bed linen are provided.

Included and Excluded Services

During your stay, electricity, water, and gas (tüp) usage are included in the price. Pool and garden maintenance are also carried out regularly. Additionally, the initial cleaning service is free of charge. However, services such as extra cleaning, additional beds, house staff, and transportation are subject to a fee and can be arranged upon request.

General Terms

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Deposit: A damage deposit of 10,000.00 TRY is required for the stay.
• Short Stay: For reservations shorter than 5 nights, a short-stay fee of 3,000.00 TRY will be added.
• Children: The villa is suitable for families with children.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
