Interior and Rooms

The modern American kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave, and a four-burner stove. The spacious living room offers a sea-view seating area, TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, and wireless internet access. On the lower floor of this area, which opens onto the pool terrace, there is a separate TV room and a billiards table. Four of the five bedrooms have double beds, while one has two single beds. All rooms feature air conditioning, wardrobes, and dressing tables; two rooms have jacuzzis, and one room includes a high chair and baby crib. The five bathrooms and toilets are complete with towels and bed linen sets.

Outdoor Area and Pool

The private pool is 14.5 meters long, 4 meters wide, and 1.6 meters deep. Equipped with a jacuzzi system, the pool area includes sun loungers, umbrellas, beach towels, a seating set, and an outdoor shower. Garden maintenance and pool cleaning are carried out regularly. A barbecue area is also available for those who want to enjoy grilling.
