• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
• Cleaning: Initial cleaning is free of charge. Additional cleaning services are available for a fee.
• Deposit: A security deposit of 165.00 TL is required.
• Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 5 nights is required. A fee of 80.00 TL applies for shorter stays.
• Included Services: Electricity, water, gas (tüp), and pool & garden maintenance are included in the price.
• Excluded Services: Transportation, housekeeping staff, and extra bed fees are not included.
• Children: The villa is suitable for families with children. A high chair and a children's pool are available.
