The villa promises a peaceful holiday with its sheltered sea-view location and private swimming pool.

Villa Features & Comfort

Every room in the villa is thoughtfully designed. The spacious living room features a seating area, dining table, TV, satellite receiver, and air conditioning. The American kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and all kitchen utensils. Bedrooms offer double or twin beds, air conditioning, and en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom also includes a jacuzzi.

Pool & Garden

• Outdoor Pool: 9m x 4m, depth 1.60m
• Indoor Pool: 2.5m x 2.5m, depth 1.20m (heated, available at an additional daily fee of 1500 TL)
• Children's Pool: Available
• Around the pool, you will find umbrellas, sun loungers, a seating area, and a barbecue.

The villa is fully enclosed and not visible from the outside, making it suitable for conservative families. However, a 100% invisibility guarantee is not provided; a 5% tolerance applies. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in at 4:00 PM, check-out at 12:00 PM
• Deposit: 7,500 TL (in case of damage)
• Short Stays: A 5,000 TL additional fee applies for reservations shorter than 5 days
• Children: Baby cot and high chair available (for an additional fee)
• Pets: Not allowed
• Additional Services: Extra cleaning, extra bed, staff service, and transportation are available at an additional cost.
• Heated Pool: Activated for a daily fee of 1,500 TL.
