• Bedrooms: The first bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two single beds and a wardrobe.
• Living Area: Equipped with a comfortable seating group, dining table, TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
• Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen includes a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stove, kettle, toaster, and all necessary kitchenware.
• Pool & Garden: The private swimming pool measures 6.5m x 3.5m with a depth of 1.5m. The garden is furnished with sun loungers, an umbrella, a swing, a dining table, and a barbecue for your enjoyment.

Amenities & Services

The villa covers all essential needs, including air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, kitchenware, towels and bed linen, barbecue, and a high chair. Electricity, water, and gas usage, along with the initial cleaning and pool/garden maintenance, are included in the price. Transportation services, extra cleaning, extra beds, and a house staff are not included.

General Terms

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
• Deposit: A cash deposit of 5,000 TL is required.
• Short Stays: For reservations shorter than 5 nights, an additional fee of 3,500 TL applies.
• Children & Pets: The villa is suitable for families with children, but pets are not allowed.
• Tourism Certificate: The property holds tourism business certificate number 48-2927.
