The villa boasts a private swimming pool (7x4 m, depth 1.6 m), complete with sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor shower. A BBQ area for grilling, an outdoor dining set for six, and private parking are also available. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.

• Security Deposit: 5,000 TL (refunded upon check-out).
