• Check-in: After 4:00 PM, check-out: before 10:00 AM.
• Security Deposit: A cash deposit of 5,000 TL is required upon check-in and is refunded at check-out if no damage, loss, or breakage occurs.
• Short-Stay Fee: A supplementary fee of 3,000 TL applies for stays shorter than the minimum requirement (a minimum of 5 nights is mandatory).
• Included Services: Electricity, water, gas (tüp), initial cleaning, and pool and garden maintenance.
• Excluded Services: Additional cleaning, extra beds, staff for the house, high chair, and transportation services.
