Burgu Villa 1

Nestled in the charming Çukurbağ area of Kaş, one of Antalya's most beloved holiday destinations, Burgu Villa 1 is designed for families and groups of friends seeking a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. With 4 bedrooms and accommodation for up to 8 guests, this villa combines spacious living areas with a private pool for a truly comfortable stay. Situated right next to Villa Burgu 2, the property can also be rented together with its neighbor when availability allows, making it ideal for larger groups.

Living Spaces

• Bedrooms: Three rooms with double beds (each featuring an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, bedside tables, and a wardrobe) and one room with two single beds (with air conditioning, bedside tables, and a wardrobe). Fresh linens and towel sets are provided in all rooms.
• Living Room: Furnished with a cozy seating area, air conditioning, an LCD TV with satellite receiver, and a dining table.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, kettle, dinnerware, and sets of pans and pots, along with all other essential kitchen items.

Outdoor Area and Pool

The villa features a private swimming pool (8 m x 3.5 m, depth 1.7 m) that is regularly cleaned using a chlorine system. Around the pool, you will find sun loungers, a sun umbrella, and a barbecue. An outdoor dining area and elegant garden decor are designed to help you make the most of your time outdoors. Please note that there is no children's pool or playground.

Amenities and Services

• Included Services: Initial cleaning, electricity and water usage, gas (tüp) usage, and pool and garden maintenance.
• Additional Services (for a fee): Extra cleaning, extra bed, house staff, high chair, and transportation service.
• Important Information: Pets are not allowed. Wireless and unlimited Wi-Fi access is available. Air conditioning is provided in all rooms and in the living room.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Cleaning Fee: For stays of 7 nights or less, a cleaning fee of 3,000 TL is charged at check-in.
• Deposit: A security deposit of 5,000 TL is required.
• Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 7 nights is mandatory. For shorter stays, an additional fee of 3,000 TL applies.
• Child Policy: Infants aged 0-3 are accommodated in a travel crib.
