Featuring 3 bedrooms and a capacity for 6 guests, this villa offers a comfortable experience with its private swimming pool, spacious garden, and modern amenities. Situated right next to Villa Burgu 1, it can be rented together with the adjacent villa when availability permits, providing a flexible solution for larger groups.

Accommodation and Room Layout

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom
• Bedroom 2: Double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds, nightstand, wardrobe, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom

Clean linen and towel sets are provided in all rooms. Infants aged 0-3 can stay using a travel cot, and they are not included in the occupancy count.

General Terms

• Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Cleaning: For stays of 7 nights or more, an entrance cleaning fee of 3,000 TL is charged. Additional cleaning or linen changes are subject to a fee.
• Deposit: A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is required.
• Short Stays: A minimum stay of 5 nights is required. An additional fee of 3,000 TL applies for shorter stays.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Children's Pool: There is no separate children's pool.
