General Terms

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early or late arrivals must be notified in advance.
• Deposit: A deposit of 500.00 TL is required; it is refunded upon check-out if there is no damage or loss.
• Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 5 nights is required. An additional fee of 200.00 TL applies for shorter stays.
• Included Services: Initial cleaning, water, electricity, gas usage, pool, and garden maintenance are included in the price.
• Excluded Services: Additional cleaning, extra beds, staff, high chairs, and transportation services are subject to extra charges.
• Parking: Private parking is available for 3 vehicles.
