• Security Deposit: 10,000 TL (refunded if no damage upon check-out)

• Short-stay fee: 7,500 TL
• Included services: Initial cleaning, electricity, water, gas, pool and garden maintenance
• Excluded services: Transportation, extra bed, additional cleaning, staff, high chair
• Note: As the villa is nestled in nature, butterflies, insects, flies, or bees may be present despite regular pest control. Villa Capella Sirius, Şimal, Şira, and Vega may share visuals; equipment is equivalent, but furniture colors may vary.
