The villa is just 2.5 km from the world-famous Ölüdeniz Beach and within walking distance of restaurants, markets, and entertainment venues. Situated right next to Villa Capella Sirius, Villa Capella Şimal, and Villa Capella Şira, this villa can also be rented together with these properties for larger groups.

The villa features modern architecture and elegant interior design, with 4 bedrooms in total, accommodating up to 8 guests. All rooms are suites furnished with high-quality furniture. The ground floor includes a spacious open-plan American kitchen and living area, while the upper floors feature bedrooms with private balconies and nature views.

• Bedroom 1 (1st Floor): Family suite – double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, private bathroom, and balcony overlooking the pool and nature.
• Bedroom 2 (1st Floor): Family suite – double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, private bathroom, and balcony overlooking the pool and nature.
• Bedroom 3 (Terrace Floor): Family suite – double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom, and balcony.
• Bedroom 4 (Terrace Floor): Junior/extra suite – double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, and bathroom.

Private Pool and Outdoor Area

The villa's private swimming pool measures 9 m x 4 m with a depth of 1.5 m. The spacious terrace and sunbathing area include 8 sun loungers and umbrellas. An outdoor dining set for 8, garden seating group, barbecue, outdoor shower, swing, and parking complete the outdoor comfort. Due to its nature-surrounded location, regular pest control is carried out, but butterflies, insects, flies, or bees may still be present in the area.

Interior and Amenities

• Kitchen: Refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, 4-burner stove, kettle, toaster, dining set for 10, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Living Room: Spacious seating area with pool and nature views, satellite TV, dining table for 8, air conditioning, WC/washbasin, and access to the pool.
• General: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, baby crib, high chair, towels, and bed linen.

General Terms

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Deposit: 5,000 TL. Refunded after inspection at check-out if no damage is found.
• Minimum Stay: Minimum 5 nights.
• Short-Stay Fee: A 5,000 TL additional fee applies for reservations below the minimum night requirement.
• Included Services: Initial cleaning, pool and garden maintenance, electricity, water, and gas (tüp) usage.
• Excluded Services: Transportation service, extra cleaning, staff service, extra bed, and high chair (available but subject to additional fee).
• Important Note: Villa Capella Vega may share common visuals with other Capella villas; equipment is equivalent, only furniture colors may differ.
