• Bedrooms: The first bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi, and air conditioning. The second bedroom offers two single beds, air conditioning, and a bathroom. The third bedroom provides a similar level of comfort.
• Jacuzzi: Located in the bedroom, perfect for unwinding and enjoying romantic moments.

Pool and Garden

The private pool measures 8 metres in length, 3.5 metres in width, and 1.5 metres in depth. Its sheltered setting ensures a safe swimming experience. The pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, an umbrella, a barbecue, a swing, a dining table, and a billiard table for leisurely entertainment. The expansive garden offers a natural environment for relaxation.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please respect these times to allow for cleaning and inspections.
• Security Deposit: A cash deposit of 5,000 TL is collected upon arrival and refunded at check-out if no damage has occurred.
• Minimum Stay: Reservations must be for at least 5 nights. Shorter stays are subject to an additional fee of 3,000 TL.
• Included Services: Water, electricity, gas, initial cleaning, and pool and garden maintenance are included in the price.
• Excluded Services: Transportation, extra cleaning, extra beds, high chairs, and staff services are not included.
