Casa Punto Villa – Seafront Luxury Villa with Private Pool in Fethiye

Located on Fethiye's unique Şövalye Island, Casa Punto Villa offers an unforgettable holiday with its seafront position and panoramic sea views. Equipped with a private pool, heated pool, and a children's pool, this villa is an ideal choice for families and couples seeking both tranquility and luxury. Since motor vehicles are not allowed on the island, the villa provides a completely peaceful and nature-immersed environment, while still being close to the city center.

Accommodation and Room Layout

The villa accommodates up to 6 guests and consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each room features air conditioning and carefully selected furniture:

• First Bedroom: Two single beds, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Second Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi.
• Third Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Living Room: Air conditioning and satellite TV.

At the rear of the villa, you will find a private jetty and beach where you can swim, sunbathe, and enjoy a barbecue.

Amenities and Services

All needs are catered for, including uninterrupted Wi-Fi, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and vacuum cleaner. Additionally, a baby crib and high chair are provided free of charge. Electricity, water, gas usage, initial cleaning, and pool & garden maintenance are all included in the price.

Şövalye Island and Transportation

Access to Şövalye Island is by boat only. There are two main options:

• From Çalış Beach: Reach the island in 3 minutes by water taxi. Boats operate 24/7 and charge per trip (not per person). Paid parking is available at Çalış Beach.
• From Fethiye Center: Boats depart at specific times (11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM). Return times are 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, 3:30 PM, and 5:30 PM. Fares are charged per person. Parking in the center can be difficult to find during the summer months.

As there is no market or shopping facilities on the island, it is recommended to purchase all your supplies at Çalış Beach or in Fethiye center.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, check-out is at 10:00 AM.
• Children & Infants: Suitable for children; baby crib and high chair are available.
• Pets: Not allowed.
• Smoking: Not permitted indoors.
• Events: Events may be allowed with prior notice.
• Deposit: €200 (refundable).
• Short Stays: An additional fee of €150 applies for reservations shorter than 5 nights.
• Transportation: All water taxi fares to and from the island are at the guests' expense.
