- Deposit: A cash damage deposit of 7,000 TL is required upon check-in; it is refunded at check-out provided no damage has occurred.
- Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 5 nights is required.
- Short Stay Fee: An additional fee of 7,000 TL applies for reservations shorter than 5 nights.
- Included Services: Initial cleaning, electricity, water, LPG gas usage, and pool & garden maintenance are included in the rental price.
- Additional Services: Extra cleaning, additional beds, staff services, high chair, and transportation are available for an extra charge.
- Natural Note: As the villa is situated in a natural setting, periodic pest control is carried out. The area has a sloped terrain, and access to the villa is uphill.
