The kitchen comes fully furnished with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and all necessary kitchenware. Additionally, the villa features a gym, sauna & Turkish bath, jacuzzi, and table tennis for recreational activities. Families with babies can request a high chair and a baby crib.

Pool & Garden

The private pool measures 9.5 meters in length, 3.5 meters in width, and 1.60 meters in depth. With the option of a heated indoor pool (available at an additional fee of 3,000 TL per night), you can enjoy swimming even outside the season. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out regularly, and barbecue equipment is available for outdoor dining.

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Security Deposit: A deposit of 5,000.00 TL is required.
• Short Stays: An additional fee of 7,000.00 TL applies for short stays.
• Included Services: Initial cleaning, electricity, water, and gas (tube) usage are included in the price.
• Excluded Services: Transportation, staff services, extra beds, and additional cleaning are subject to charges.
• Children & Pets: There is no children's pool; please inquire about our pet policy.
