• Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, built-in oven, 4-burner cooktop, kettle, dining set for 8, cutlery set, pots and pans, and glasses.
• Bathrooms: 3 bathrooms; towels and bed linen are provided.

• Events: Events are permitted at the villa.
