With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the villa accommodates up to 11 guests and embraces a conservative, family-oriented holiday approach. The villa features 5 separate bedrooms. Two bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, while the other rooms share common bathrooms. All rooms include wardrobes, bedside tables, and dressing tables. The bed layout is as follows:

Living Areas and Amenities

The spacious living room features a comfortable seating area, a fireplace, a TV, and a dining table. The American-style kitchen overlooks the pool and opens directly to the outdoor area. The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in stove, oven, electric kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, microwave, and all kitchen utensils are available. Additional amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV with satellite channels, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, baby crib, and high chair.

Outdoor Area and Pool

The villa's private pool measures 9 m x 4 m and is 1.55 m deep. Around the pool, you will find sun loungers, a garden seating set, a swing, and a BBQ area. Pool and garden maintenance are included in the accommodation price, so you can simply focus on enjoying yourself.

General Terms

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Deposit: A cash deposit of 5,000 TL is required.
• Short Stays: A minimum stay of 5 nights is required. A 2,500 TL additional fee applies for shorter bookings.
• Included Services: Water, electricity, gas usage, initial cleaning, and pool and garden maintenance are included in the price.
• Excluded Services: Transportation, extra cleaning, extra beds, and household staff are subject to an additional fee.
• Children and Babies: A baby crib and high chair are provided free of charge.
